In October 2006, Falcon Friday launched by releasing a compilation of our favorite remixes and other unreleased or unknown odd tracks.
The compilation was constructed in honor of our favorite waitress at The Falcon Inn, Paula, who is by far the most bizarre and wonderful waitress of all time. Your hosts at Falcon Friday have been loyal patrons of The Falcon Inn for several years and when the Falcon was struck by a fire in late 2006, our happy home-away-from-home was shut down for several months.
While it was shut down we didn’t know what to do. We didn’t know why it happened or if it was ever coming back. One day, Marty McSorley and the International Voice of Reason, in a drunken haze, envisioned and created the soundtrack to the party that caused the fire. The resulting compilation, Paula’s Pre-fire Party!, is a nonstop blast in the face of good & crazy times.
The mix was so fun and great that Marty McSorley and IVOR started this site, Falcon Friday, in order to keep the party alive. You, the casual listener, are invited to join the party. Please pull up a seat and relax. Baby beers for everyone!
